Jeremy Posted August 1 Posted August 1 My setup works but on really hot days it will stop blowing cold until I turn the unit off for awhile. I'm told this is due to a frozen evaporator in the blower housing and that my sensor locations might be wrong. Does anyone have some measurements and photos to show where the sensors are supposed to go exactly? Quote
Jonny Retrofit Posted August 4 Posted August 4 You can run the ECU in diagnostic mode by typing DIAG and pressing return. That will then log the sensor readings to the screen and it will tell you if the system goes into freeze protect. Quote
Jeremy Posted August 5 Author Posted August 5 So I need to leave my laptop open and connected to the ECU in the frunk while I drive around? Or will it log to a local debug file I can capture later? Quote
Jonny Retrofit Posted August 6 Posted August 6 Just plug it in when you think the system is not blowing cold and see what's going on. Quote
